Default Knock Module

Does anyone know what size diode you can use to bypass the knock module? Maybe some instructions to do it too?

not sure of the size of the diod to bypass it, but you can always purchase the LT5 Knock module to decrease the sensitivity.

Is this for an OBD1 conversion? If you have tuning software then just shut off diagnostic code 43. That will alow you to keep knock retard and not have to solder diodes onto the ecm.

Very simple...that's what I did. There were a couple of other pages giving more detailed info on percentage of desensitization but I can't find them.....that one should do you though.
