Spark knock

Have a 93 camaro just installed long tubes and y pipe and car ran fine. Added a cold air pipe and now the car spark knocks like crazy. Do I need to up the fuel presure and get the 24#injectors to replace the 22's not that I am getting more air in and out?

You might check your fuel pressure, fuel filter, etc. You didn't put one of those silly resistors in the IAT connector while you were working on it, did you? if you did, try taking it back off. Could have also just gotten a tank of 87 octane. I have had that happpen more than once. They have caught stations charging 92 octane prices for 87.
