Default 3500 Stall

if i put in a 3500 stall with tires am i going to be more at risk to break my rear end??some of my friends say that the stall takes away most of the force....but some say it will break easier?????

What else is done to your car? What kind of tires? If you are going to be leaving at 3500+rpm and dead hooking with a decent amount of power, I would guess your rear end will be leaving on borrowed time.

i got a cut out, 3.23 gears, cold air intake, no cat, free mods...and the tires im gettting are either E.T Streeets or Nitto drag radials.....so with those mods how will my rear do ???

With only 3.23 gears and maybe 15rwhp over stock, you should prolly be fine for a while. Is there any reason why you are going with such a big stall to begin with? Are you planning on getting a big cam soon?

Im running a 3500 stall on ET Streets with a stock rear with gears. My best 60' is a 1.63 but I normally cut high 1.6's. Im not worried.

well im plaining on getting a cam sometime>>>>but not anytine soon...the reason I want the stall is just for street racing and track racing from a dead....am i thinking too big of a mod or should i go a different mod or what...also just orderd SLP shortie for my car today...whats ur advice

Stalled auto isnt that hard on the rear, we have a couple buddies here who have ran well in to the 10s with stock 10 bolts in auto cars leavng off a foot brake on tires
