Maf ends
It took me exactly 2 hours including removal from the engine, cutting the foils with just a hacksaw blade, and grinding them flat with a dremel cutting wheel, then a dremel sandpaper wheel to port my MAF. I have seen in increased 2mpg on average from porting the MAF than descreening it, so porting it is about equal to not doing anything at all. It's less of a restriction at WOT though, and i dont think the MAF is used at WOT so it would increase power minimally if at all. I think the TB is more of a restriction than the MAF. Anyway dont buy the ends, just port it yourself if you decide to go that route.
Anyone that advocates messing with it on a mild application simply put should be ignored because they are ignorant period.
