I just posted this in the FI section. I didn't want to repost the same thing, so just let me know what you think. Thanks

go lower compression and also what are the cam specs? When you said that it had a nice lope to it, usually means narrow LSA which is what you don't want with a blower. Might want to look into specific blower cams, or the cc305 makes a decent blower cam(thats where my old one ended up
)

not with 10psi. stay with 6-7 and you should be close to your goal honestly. well with the correct style cam. if you lower the CR you run the risk of not making good power unless your in boost. this is not a good situation on the street. staying in the 9.5 range is a good idea. you should easily be able to put 10 psi into it. but again none of this is necesary if you choose the right cam to complement that blower.
just to give you some hope. my friend has a 383 lt1 with lt1 heads a procharger pushing 15lbs hes backed by a Th400 and nine inch. its gutted and has an intercooler. he leaves off a trans brake. so far hes gone low 10s. its got more in it. he does run race gas though 100 octane. tune it to run on pump gas which can be done and its drivable on the street. hes only using a CC306 believe it or not. rwhp based on his MPH and weight have him around 700

yea i'm going to go with 6-7lbs of boost now. But I think i'm going to keep the cam I have in there now.
224/230 .503/.510 lift 112 LSA
I know it's not a blower cam, but will it make decent power or a complete waste when paired with the blower?
Thanks
