Default vigilante converter

I just got my 2800 stall converter installed and i was wondering if i should drive slow for a while of what "break in period?".....the vig converter i bought was used and only had 5,000 miles on it...

With 5k on it I'd guess it would be broken in if it needed to be.

Chill out for the first few days and make sure nothing is leaking, loose or making noise. You did do a tranny cooler right? If not make that your next mod before you drive it like you stole it.

Yeah I have a 4k stall and I have a trans go shift kit and 2 tranny coolers GET them if you don't have them already...

i did not do a shift kit but yeah i did do a trans cooler, im not sure if i want to do a shift kit right now, my next big step is cc306 cam and long tubes........ : )

I have a 3200 no shift kit, trans just shifts kinda soft, thats all

Drive it like you stole it. Shift kit is un-needed crap.

I had 51,000 on mine when I opened it up. She was like brand new inside. I have put more boost and juice through it then many here have ever seen I have shredded converters at the 60ft mark and ran a stall for 25,000 of those miles. The yank has been in it for over 15,000 Miles Got a total of 57,000 miles on it right now and working great!
