I searched and couldn't find anything. Can someone link me to a LT header write up for an LT1? I need one that has all the emissions and O2 fittings as well. Also, if I get Carsound/Magnaflow cats will the bolt right on to a Jet Hot ORY and LT header combo? I'm gonna be putting headers on sometime soon. What is the torque setting for Breslin locking header bolts? The thing is, I don't have the tools to remove my old system, as I am also putting in a ORY and putting cats on it, and a cutout. I think I'm just going to bolt the headers down, and take it to an exhaust shop to install the y pipe with the cats then the cutout and have it all welded in there. Is it ok if i put the cutout right underneath the passenger side door, not too far fromt he cats?

 

go to www.97ta.com . its wing chow's page, thats what i followed. perfect write up and has pictures. you dont need much to take off the stock setup. your gonna need to go to an exhaust place for the ory if your gonna put cats on. as far as tightening header bolts, tighten em as much as you can b/c there gonna loosen up. you need to check em once in awhile.

 

I'm getting Breslin locking header bolts so I'll be fine on that I think I'm just gonna put the headers on and run open headers to the exhaust place and have them bolt on the cats/y pipe and weld it in
