internally balanced?
internally balanced? i read in the stupid things u have done section about not putting a stock flywheel on an internally balanced motor......i have alot of money wraped up in mine but i dont know if it is internally balanced...what do i do?

Is it the stock rotating assembly? It doesn't sound like it since you said you have a lot of money in it....is it already assembled? If not, the place you bought it from should say if it's balance or not. If it is assembled, talk to the shop that assembled it and find out the specifics.

I talked to the folks at eagle. they told me that the lt1 stock is an internaly balanced motor, and that any time you buy a rotating assy from them for an lt1 that you should by an unbalanced flex plate, or take the stock one and drill the spot welds off the waight on the stock one and use it does this sound right?
