OK PCM issues?

OK PCM issues? Im trying to monitor my PCM with a Computer.
So i picked up a Mastach OBD1 diagnostic cable off Ebay.
the ends are 4 wires Red, Black, White, and Blue that plug into the diagnostic port.
This is what my port looks like ( 1993 OBD1 12 Pin) Notice where the Ports are within the connector ( i can only attach the wires from the scanner (to go to the laptop) there.( 4 of them)
i dont know what goes where . Mastach told me where to put them, but it does not match up? HELP?
