Default Help needed on picking heads and cam

Well, Ive got pretty much all of the parts together, except for the heads. Heres the list...

383 LT1 Block
Forged JE Pistons
4340 Steel Crank
All balanced and everything...
BBK 58MM Throttle Body
LT4 Ported and Polished Intake
Ford SVO 30# injectors
Running a 255lb/hr Moroso fuel pump
Hooker Long tubes
CC306 Cam
Possible converting over to an OBDI PCM
Will be tuned by Jeff

I think thats all...
This car is going to continue to be my daily driver, so reliability is a must, but I want the most power out of what I can get, and maintain reliability. Money is somewhat of a factor, as in not over 3K for the heads... I need heads that are completly build and want to go with AFR... so which ones should I go with??? Oh yeah, and emissions is out the window so who cares about that...

heres the list of heads from AFR... for more details please visit their link below...

180CC LT1 SBC Street
195CC LT4 SBC Street
210CC LT4 SBC Racing
220CC LT4 SBC Racing
227CC LT4 SBC Racing
215CC LT4 Raised Runners

The website is here... http://www.airflowresearch.com/
Just click on SBC LT1 & LT4 to view all the specs on the different heads.

After talking to a couple different people, I am leaning towards the 220CC LT4 Racing heads... however some people feel the CC306 cam will not benefit from the heads as much as a slightly larger cam. What do you think and if you think I should get a larger cam what should I go with??? I still need to maintain reliability as this is my only car, and will remain my daily driver...

1. Converting to OBDI is a must IMHO.
2. Talk to Jeff at CAM and/or Phil @ AI about heads/cam combinations.
3. Be honest about your expectations, compromises and budget.

E-mail Phil - that's the best way.
