Need torque ft lbs and pattern for heads and intake on LT4

I am in need of the torque settings and the pattern to follow when installing the heads and intake on my LT-4.

Same as LT1 stuff, I think the intake is 35lbs but dont know about the heads.

Heads are 65lbs. As far as the intake goes its 35lbs. but, it do it hand tight with 1/4 turn. never torqued the intake with a torque wrench!!

Head bolts are between 65-70 ft lbs and intake is 35 ft lbs. Make sure to use the tightening sequence on both the intake and head bolts starting in the middle and working your way out in circular sequence. I alway do a three step tightening on the head bolts 25 ft lbs first on all then 50 ft lbs on all and lastly 65-70 ft pounds. May be over kill but that is how i was taught. Just my two cents. Good luck. Buy a Haynes book on the Camaro LT1 it will show the tighening sequence on both the heads and intake.
