well i finally finished my header install and drove it around open headers for a little bit and the ses light came on and started flashing. i figured it was b/c the 02 was so close to the end of the pipe. Well i hooked up the y-pipe and the cat back and the light is still and and flashing and its running really rich. any thoughts on what it could be? i have the o2 sims from an ls1 could they be different?

a flashing SES light means you have a mis-fire..... you probably burned a wire, or more.... look really close at the wires and see which one is burnt.....
