I did have a similar problem last fall with my car. The header primary was on the #8 was glowing and the car lacked power. It turned out to be my MAF.....reading too low. Check that out. You should see at least 7 or 8 g/sec at idle and up to a couple hundred at WOT. Thats one possibility. You should also get a fuel pressure on it. You may have a pump or regulator problem. The BLM's on the right side arent maxed out or anything, so it doesnt look like the PCM is trying to add a ton of fuel.....so I would lean toward a control issue rather than the pump......but definately get a pressure anyways. Come back and tell us what your fuel pressure is at idle and WOT.......and look for a drop in pressure as you mash the pedal. Even 1 PSI could cause a lean condition. Also check those MAF readings.
Also, I can see your ECT and MAT voltages, but I dont know what the actual temps are, so that another thing to look at. Is the ECT or MAT giving erroneous temp readings, causing the PCM to lean it out. Plugged injectors is another possibilty. A pressure drop test might be in order to determine that.......check some of this out and get back......

Now its RICH? ......I guess thats better than your previous problem. Take it out on the scanner and watch your O2's....that will tell you how rich it is.....
