exhaust manifold/ header question

exhaust manifold/ header question I have a 93 formula and i ve heard that if you break the bolts when taking stock manifolds off then just get headers. Is this so ? If true which headers are suggested Thanks
dont know what that has to do with choice of manifold, but sure why not go ahead and get them. your there and headers work. theres a thread here from a day or two ago about headers read that. lots of info and opinions there.
