Kooks install, Passenger Side

So, I've had my Kooks headers forever and It's been a very gradual installation process. But I finally have my drivers side header on (anyone else have trouble with tightening those bolts?). I thought the passenger side would be the easiest side to put on... now I'm wondering. I cannot slip the header in from the bottom (starter is out) or the top. Has anyone else had this problem or is there some sort of trick to getting this side in? I'm thinking I'm gonna ahve to lift the passenger side but it's odd becuase I thought everyone was saying the drivers side was the one that would need to be lifted. Any hints?

Ive never messed with Kooks but in the past, Ive always jacked up the motor to get the LT's in cars. It just makes it that much easier, esp on the passenger side.
