1.6 Roller Rockers Im curious how many LT1 guys put 1.6 self aligning roller rockers on there car without changing valves and springs. i keep hearing about possible valve float or coil bind, i might be getting a deal on some but want to make sure that im not asking for trouble by installing these on my car. thanks for the help.

you guys are right and it does make sense, im just wondering if anyone has gotten away with it? im probably gonna wait til i get new heads to put the rockers on but im just curious.
Someone should make a sticky about roller rockers. As long as you're running the stock cam there's nothing wrong w/ throwing 1.6 rockers on the car. It would be a wise idea to upgrade valve springs while you're at it. Combination Motorsports sells a decent valve spring for Aluminum heads.
