I need long tubes Im sick of my pace setter shortys and need to get some long tubes. I want pace setter coated long tubes with AIR and EGR and an off road y. I also need the header bolts and good gaskets. Where should i buy this stuff to get the best price and what would everyone recomend for the bolts and gaskets?
I just put on those headers and y-pipe, along with a Magnaflow cat-back. I used FelPro header gaskets and ARP 3/4" stainless hex bolts, that I got from my local performance shop. I got the headers and y-pipe from a sponsor on a different board. I'm sure one of the sponsors to the right have good prices.
By the way, go without the AIR and EGR if you can. The hardest part of the install was getting the EGR fitting to line up around the tranny dipstick. I had to take out the tranny bolt holding the dipstick on. The AIR fittings were not in the factory locations, so I had to modify the hoses.

I went with the Jet Hot coated Hookers and got a great price on them. The Jet Hot are around the same price. I agree to go without the AIR and EGR if you can it's much easier to just get rid of all of that crap.
I use FelPro and ARP bolts as well....I prefer the hex head as it makes it easier to tighten the header bolts when you need to.

the guy thats doing my gear install is an authorized jet hot dealer, im thinking of going with a set of ceramic headers and buying a 3" X pipe kit from jegs to fab up my own true duals. and i'd also reccomend felpro gaskets, i trust their products from everything from valve stem seals to water pump gaskets.
