How bad do i need a tune?

How bad do i need a tune? My engine well be up and running by the end of this weekend. I plan on going on a 400 miles trip on the 10th of June. So that gives be abnout 2 weeks. I have a cc305, port heads, 11:1 cr, forged bottom-end, and almost all of the bolt-ons. I was wondering with this set-up would it be bad to drive 400 miles there and back without a dyno-tune? or should i try and see if i can get a tune before i go? I plan on babing the car the hole time and putting as much miles on it as i can before i go. I have been without my car for almost 10 months now and i'm going to give it by best to have it ready for the trip.

Plus, if you have bigger injectors i wouldnt even start it without a tune.

I ran my cc305 with ported heads, headers, and etc... for several months without a tune. Got good gas mileage too. But, I didn't have bigger injectors. Like he said above, if you have bigger injectors, then don't try it. You may run into some stumbling when you pull off though.
