see if anyone here can help ok, i have headers, ory, cai, tuned pcm and makin 271 and 312 at the rear wheels. before the tune i had a egr code p0400. i had the egr and air deleted but never blocked them off. the air tubes are blocked on the headers, but the to smaller tubes are not and just blowing out hot air. before the tune it made 275 but had spark issues so i got all new plugs/wires/opti. since then i have added a new fuel filter and lt4 KM. any other ideas as to why my numbers are low? im getting lt1 edit and can have the car dyno tuned, but i kind of doubt it will help all that much.

really? everyone says a m6 with headers/exhaust/cai and tune should be around 290. anyways it will be getting dyno tuned, but hopefully i can get a 355 goin for some boost

Yeah it's only money. My 396 only did 360 rwhp at 5000 rpm before it started breaking up real bad (I think I might have that fixed now). I hope it could have pulled all the way to ~410.
