Default Does my motor have more than I thought?

well... today my friend and i were at the stop light and some guy in a 2003 bergandi 50th vette stopped next to us and told us that my truck sounded good and wanted to run them. So how could i say no... I mean i thought i was gunna lose since a 50th anniversary runs 13.6 in the 1/4 and has 350 horse.(correct me if im wrong) so we were rolling at about 20 and we both hit it... i spun them for a second because its right at the speed where it downshifts and up shifts real quick and so did he. once we started going i was pulling him not insanly put pulling him none the less. I stayed on it till 80 and same with him. when we were done he was about to my tail gate and so we did it again and the same thing. sooo i just want to kno if a pretty much stock lt1 can pull the 50th anniversary vette or does my motor have more than wat i can see?

errr. . .Is your truck super lightwieght or something? I don't think you should be pulling on an LS1 vette, especially if your basically stock.

I also read your sig about you beating your friend's Ford. . .I don't think that should have happened either.

There is no way your motor is stock except free mods if you pulled an ls1 vette.

well i bought it from some guy in L.A who was gunna dump it in his 56 chevy but ran outta money... so I mean he said all he knew it had was computer work and street and performance wiring harness... and then I did all the little practically free mods... so maybe it has some other stuff he forgot about? i dunno
