These cars were designed to look good so I mean it doesnt take much.
I'm going to agree with Neil here, it's amazing what a hood and wheels will do for the Firebirds and Formulas. A nice set of wheels can make a car look great, like Cody's (Euclid) old '97 Formula, while a nice set of wheels and a hood can make it look awesome, like matrik's car (looks great man ).

I know, and it's a great looking hood . Makes me wish I would have paid the extra money and bought a '96 Formula WS6 I was looking at instead of my '94 TA GT . Oh well, life goes on. Now I just need to find a genuine WS6 hood for my TA . . . .

I know what you mean about the front end, it is kinda ugly stock, but if you put on a nice hood it really helps it a LOT. Although I still think the 98-02 trans am/firebirds look better than the 93-97, but I think the 93-97 camaros look better than the 98-02. To each his own.

OK, are there any differences in the stock ram air hood?? I have seen some that look like they are a lot taller than some other ones. Or is it just the way you look at the car???

this is my first post on LS1TECH...

from reading the first post in this thread i too think Firebirds look a little plane, but a ram air hood and nice wheels is all it needs to look sweet, FIKSE's are my fav. but i dont have $4K for some 18''s
