P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire

I have received the following engine code and I am looking for further possibilties of what it means because I am out of ideas.

My problem started with my EGR going bad so I replaced it. After that I received the code as stated above. The car idles rough and hesitates like crazy when I drive it. I can smell gas coming from the left tailpipe.

I replaced the plugs and wires about 8K miles ago and just replaced the optispark last week with no success. I cleaned the plugs yesterday and made sure the wires are tight. PCV valve seems to be perfectly fine too.

Please help!

Have you replaced your coil and ignition module?? Burnt plug wire? Wait till its really dark, pop the hood look for arcing. Just a few things I would look for.
