230/236 which springs

230/236 which springs ive looked on different boards and nothign haven't seen a definate answer. i think comp recommends the 987 or 986 but they say the heads need machining. which springs should i go with
crane 10308 - heard the seats are just washers, need smaller valve seals, and use of L98 seats are recommended.
combonation motorsports ex-612 - heard they suck and are unrealiable.
918's is what im leanign towards. can these be installed on my stock seats? and which retainers and locks do i use?

so the spring pressure and all the other specs are fine on those springs? i know i dont just look at max lift when choosing springs?
also should i get 10* or 7* locks. whats the difference?
