so with ecu,loudmouth,fipk,edelbrock shorites prolly,t-stat crank pulley what will i get?.buddy of mine has a 99 z28 with a coupel mods..he estimated has aroudn 350..i want to be able to run with ihm/or beat him..so im shooting for 350..id like some help knowign what else to do.

You will have to get a cam to keep up with your buddy, if he is putting down 350 at the wheels. I'm told that shorty's are useless. . .I would try to gut it out with the longtubes, and hide from cops are something.
