Need help with opitispark

i am gettin ready to do my first opitispark change for a friend of mine does anybody know where i can get a good step by step guide to install it.

Yeah, put the car on a lift and start tearing stuff apart. It is a pain in the ***, but front crank pulley has to come off, radiator fans removed, water pump removed, and possibly one or two more brackets. I did it in about 5 hours with help from a friend, power tools, and a lift. Enjoy, it sucks.

how do you go about setting the timing on it, as in the positioning of the dist.

What year car is it for? If its 95+ It will have the opti that is really easy to put on. Just slip it over the cam dowel in the only hole it goes on. Make it easy on yourself, and bring the crank hub to 12 oclock first.

Actually the 93 is the same way. The opti spark should have a mark in it or a one way fit. The darn thing won't go on unless you put it on right. I put an aftermarket one on a 93 z.
