1.6 roller rockers

1.6 roller rockers ive set up my rockers 1/2 turn past zero lash, engine off. they seem to be alot louder than stock. so i took my driver side cover off and tightened up the rockers 1/4 turn more. i dont think it changed the sound at all. does anybody have a sound clip of their rockers.

no sound clip. but 1.6 roller rockers will be a little noisier. if you feel you did something wrong, loosen them all the way up and start over. check for bent pushrods, too. did you soak the stuff in oil before starting(lifters, p/rods, and rockers)?
