SIGH... damn Roller rockers....
SIGH... damn Roller rockers.... I am in the middle of installing some roller rockers on the LT1,,,, and for some reason one of the rockers keeps falling off!!! I have set zero lash and given it as much as a 1/2 turn past zero lash.... and it still keeps falling off.... any ideas????
guideplates also = requires machine work, NSA are better because it controlls the pushrod better at HIGH rpms, more valve train stability, self aligning is just a simpler but less effective way to do the same. I would get SA if I were you to avoid pulling the heads. also I dont know if ALL guideplates require machine work, but the GMPP ones I bought from thunderracing required a flat space to be milled where they sit.
