file change???

Does anyone know where or how I can change a .LT1 file to a .bin file?
Any help here would greatly appreciated.

Are you talking an OBD1 LT1? If so, and you have Tunercat (don't know why you would want anything else) just select "all files" in the little box below the dialog box where you enter the file name, then select the .LT1 file you want to open, then save it as a .bin file. You can open & save files in either format with Tunercat.
