Where to get the best deal on a programer?

Where to get the best deal on a programer? I just want to know where to get the best deal for a Hypertech or something like that computer programer.. main reason for needing one is cuz I am going from stock 24# fuel injectors to 28#.. so I need to change the settings.. I am also planing on upgrading the car little by little.. I already checked ebay and they really dont carry that.. next choise would be Summit.. but I'm not sure if there is better programers out there or the same one with a better price.. thanks you all

Get a mailorder tune, the HPP3 is a monumental waste of money. Check out www.pcmforless.com.
Also a couple more questions...
1. Why are you swapping injectors?
2. What injectors are you going with that are 28#ers?

I have reason to believe that the stock ones are faulty... or clogged... I'm sure its got the stock ones.. which is now.. like 10 years.. and I am going to upgrade as much as possible.. but still have it for an everyday street car... so.. I though that would be best for me.. not stock, but slightly bigger.. the Fuel injectors are Accel.... also.. when buying it from PCM for less.... Is that supposed to be a plug and play thing or.. is it a whole new pcm..???

so.. for the PCM for less thing.. all I need to do is get the buy the cable.. and how do I get the software.. is it a cd or something like that that gets mailed to me.. or is it a program sent to me via internet?? and.. I know me.. (Is it dummyproff, cuz... I really dont know much about it) but I can definately follow instructions..
