Eldelbrock.. afr... lt4? I ALREADY POSTED THIS BUT I SHOULD OF POSTED IT HERE..SoRrY!
i know these heads make lots of power,like eldelbrock.but i also know that some people just buy them for the "name", AFR's.i just want to know what is your opinion (everyones).
i like the eldelbrocks because they make a decent amount of power for the money plus my intake is ported(even more power).

I didn't hear that edelbrock made power, in my opinion they're very similar to stock replacement. Look at the intake runner volume, it's only 175 cc. I think that edelbrock should've worked a little bit harder on producing a head that actually performed over stock.
Stock LT4 offers about 10% increase over the stock LT1, but both can be made to flow very will if professionally ported.
If you're looking for aftermarket heads, trickflow should be your entry level, they are similar to LT4, and the ultimate would be AFR.

i have the magazine writeup edelbrocks heads made 47rwhp over stock..
edit: my brothers buddy used afr and said he didnt see as much gain for the price..im going with edelbrock myself i think you get more bang for your buck its my .02 though.
