what problems can be expected LT4 in 1972 C 10 I have an LT4 that I want to put in my 1972 chevy truck. I know that I will have to overcome a few things (distributor, waterpump, fuel pump). Will it be worth it and if so where can I find info on completeing the install?

should be able to use pretty much any install guide for putting an Lt motor in any old car. a google search should produce something that can help you. youll need to run a second fuel line for return. get some wiring done to power the ECM and fuel pump. connecting up the fuel lines may be an issue depending on how you want to do it and what fittings your have access to. i honestly dont consider this a hard swap, but then again i know where to get any parts i may need. remember the LT is nothing but a SBC gen 2. that means it will fit where ever a SBC will and you can use SBC headers on it as well. is it worth it? well that depends. i love the LT motors and i love seeing these motors put into old vehicles, but if your just wanting to go fast, leave it carbed and have at it.
