OK what do i need to do to go carb?

I just sold harness and all the crap under the hood and i like not seeing all the wires crap everywhere, what do i have to do to go with a carb? and how hard is it.

If you're doing it just to clean up wires from the bay, you're doing it for the wrong reasons.
