Should I get this car?
Should I get this car? Hi everyone, hoping you could give me some advice on a used LT1 I'm looking at. I looks like a good deal to me given the condition of the vehicle and price but a few more opinions can't hurt.
Car is a 94 TA. 122,xxx miles. Owner says it is in excellent mechanical shape and he recently replaced opti, water pump, fuel pump, injectors, and plugs/wires.
Price is $4100.
It has a few mods. I don't remember them all right now but I know he has exhaust, CAI, hypertech stat, and I think a few more.
Oh, and clean carfax, no accidents/problems/etc.

My friend just bought a 1995 Trans Am white with black and red accent interior, auto 100,000 miles, 16inch eagle alloy rims, lowered 1 1/2 inch, flowmaster catback, slp cold air induction, recent tune up, excellent body no sign of any paint or body work and runs very well for $4,500. It has all the power options, t tops, no traction controll but it has the trans perform option. Check the blue book value on yours and do the math
i thank that u should really check it out if u really want the car cause the car that i bought, the owner said that alot of stuff was replaced on the like yours did and it all came out to be a lie, like he said the opti was replaced but he ust replaced the cap and rotor, and that whent to junk and then i had to have that replaced witch is a big pain in the a** to do. im not saying that its going to happen to u but i would have it checked out to be on the safe side.
