Question What cam is best

I want to install a cam but don't know which one to get and what else i should upgrade along with it. I am wanting a reasonable amount of power and don't plan on turbocharging or nitrous. Also can you replace the cam without pulling the heads? Thanks
Joshua

If it's a daily driven car, I'd say go with a Comp XE 224/230. People seem to be making very good numbers with them and they are not too radical of a cam to drive on the street every day.

IM with him on this one. I had that cam with lt headers boltons except for throttle body and I was traping 113-115 and put down 350/350 with some bad fasle knock retard like 10 degrees of it. Awesome lil cam though

Out of curiosity how much would an XE 224/230 set-up run you??? I'm planning on doing the hotcam because I'm on an extreme budget for my daily driver, and I can get everything I need for 500.

be best to upgrade all the valve-train.... also, its not necessary to take off the heads for a cam swap...
