Thanks for the advice guys, but would it be best to do the rest of my mods before ordering a chip?

Would the chip adjust for the rest of my mods, because eventually I think I'm gonna get a heads/cam package, 3.43's, stall etc... and I don't want to buy another chip if I don't have to.

if u went with pcmforless, he could burn u another chip for the heads/cam package, gear swap, and converter. not sure what the additional cost would be.

Ive heard that doing that is a lot of work and nowhere near as simple as plugging it in and going. I thought about it but did some research and just figured id stick with the ol speed density. Anyone else now anything more about the conversion? Sorry to hijack.

besides speed density, the 93's are bank to bank not each individual injector, and are wired as such, you would need the whole Harnes.

Try moates.net. all the adapter boards, chips, and burners ($80). I got all the stuff for aobut 150.00 and then use tunerpro which you can get from the same site for free. I also have tunercat which has a few more options for what you can control. There is also a dataloging program for tpi and 93 lt1's on his site as well. I've used it and it works with the cable I made pretty well. The program is also free.
