Default Cam swap complete motor won't RUN!!!

I took my time, swapping cams, went fron 218/224 to 230/236. I triple checked the dots on the timing chain/crank gear. I got it together, and the motor will only turn 1000 rpm with the throttle wide open. I took the valve covers off thought the valves maye be too tight, plugs look ok. What else could it be??? What would the motor run like if it was 180* out? That is the only thing I can think off ??? HELP!!!

Does it idle at all ?if not you may have bent some or all the valves.

Retime the opti and make sure your MAF is plugged in and in place when you test it out. To time the opti, turn the crank until the cam gear slot/key is at the 9:00 position and the #1 cylinder is at TDC. Just move the crank until you feel compression out of the #1 plug hole and move it til the gear hits 9:00.
