Jon, did he change to the 385 he had lying around? I am hoping he does, but I would be surprised. I was at Atlanta Dragway back in April and got to see him run that 8.2@174. It was unusually cold that day (in the 40s) so even though he is at one of the best tracks around, it may be just the wrong time of year.

Sorry guys, brake problems kept us from making the hual. The 385 back up motor is in the car right now, the 398 was sold. The 385 has a solid bottom end, but the 398 was a better motor. I still believe the 385 will go into the 7's no problem. We will be at a track soon though to get the 7 second pass.
