Default Bad Sound!!!

Well after finally getting around to taking the car out and about after the cam swap i took it for a casual drive, then today i take it out and get on it pretty good pull it back in and have a horrible knocking sound. So I think to myself man maybe a rocker or something came loose. Pull the covers rockers are all fine. Pull the pushrods all straight. So I readjust them and the knocking sound is still there! So I pull the intake manifold off and check it out all the lifters are still there and ect. Im so stumped. Here are the specs on the cam and everything i put into it. I reused the stock lifters.

Can you explain the sound a little better. does it sound like It could be a rocker?

How big is the lift on the cam, i cant get link to work?

Do you have any tools to listen to the motor. (like mechanics stethiscope)

Its a loud knock sound. It cant anyway be a rocker since i checked all of them, not a pushrod. Some one said maybe a bent valve stem but i dunno. Not really any tools like that. .536 .555 114 LSA Its a blower cam

Mine did that after about 2000 miles, it was real loud knock located towards the top front of the block. I just got my cam out last week and my #1 cam bearing is now worn down to the copper, I still havent pulled the motor out yet so I cant say 100% for sure it was the cam bearing. I still want to look at the main and rod bearings before saying so, which will take till winter since i hardly have the time to work on her.

I am guessing like said above either a bearing or a valve problem.

Could be a rod bearing. My '97 dropped #7 with only 12k on the motor for no particular reason. It started out sounding like a loose rocker then progressively got worse. It was more of a klacking sound, not a knock though.

Well this sound is pretty mild at idel and when you give it gas the sound gets louder as the rpms go up. I guess Ill pull the heads to start with.
