I have never had this problem in the past until this year. When the car gets hot after close runs it won't start. It only cranks. After the car sits for a few minutes it starts right up. I have changed the coil, ignition control module and even redid the MSD wires. Nothing. The only thing I can think of is that it might be the opti. I changed to a vented unit this year. Any help would be appreciated.

Check yer fuel pressure?? Might be the fuel pump going out.

 

I did check cracking fuel pressure. It has about 40lbs with the vacuum line hooked up.

How cool does it have to get before it will start again?? The symptoms sound like the ICM but you've already replaced that. I've heard a few say that this is a symptom of a bad opti too.
