Default good mods, less power??

See my post under Dyno, but summary of first pass power after head, exhaust, supercharger, and tuning on 95 LT1 was 375HP and 410TQ. Then........made these mods:

-Electric water pump
-MSD 6A BTM
-MSD Coil
-smaller pulley to try to get to 6-7lbs of boost. I went from a 3.2 to a 2.7 lb pulley. This should add 4-5 lbs boost.
-went to smaller injectors to try to get better throttle response - from 42lbs to 32lbs.
-added a cooling fan to the intercooler

Had to send the supercharger back for a rebuild! (this is only months after a previous "rebuild" - ATI would not warrenty the orignal work -- the impeller came loose in the housing with less than 200 miles after first rebuild!!!

New Power Numbers:
357RWHP, 389RWTQ

That was a BUMMER.

I AM NOT running out of fuel at any point - I kept 11:9 Air/Fuel from 3000 - 6000 rpm. (about 12:1 with the 42lbs) Even so, I suspect the smaller injectors, although throttle response is GREAT now........

I am only making a little more boost?? I am only making ~5lbs now? The pulley I have on there should make at least 9lbs with my set up??? Any suggestions here appreciated.

At this point, pretty dissapointed. My next steps:

-Go back to the 42lb injectors
-Troubleshoot the system to understand the lack of boost
-Troubleshoot why I experience a severe drop in power about 4000 rpm after these mods. Looks like knock sensor, but weird it did not do it before. I am going to go back to the non MSD 6A set up and see if it goes away.

Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thx.
