Default instructions on egr/air delete??

ive searched and searched.....still found nothing on step-by-step instructions with pictures or anything. can someone help me out a little?? i did this to my ls1, but im completely new to the lt1 and i hear its a bitch to do with the lt1.

well, as long as you can identify both systems then its just a matter of taking them off and pluggin up the open ends. If your still on stock manifolds then this may be a little tougher. When I did mine, I replaced the manifolds with long tubes and made my own block off plates using some stainless steel. You can also buy them online if you dont want to do this. good luck

when deleting just the egr, i see that u use 3 plates...one for exhaust manifold, one where the tube meets the intake manifold, and one where the egr valve bolts to the intake. it looks like there are 2 vaccum lines...one going from the egr valve to the solenoid, and then one going from the solenoid to the drivers side of the intake manifold. how do u plug the hole on the drivers side where the vaccum line goes in? i cant tell if its a nipple or what...???

It's a nipple. just use a vacuum cap.
