Default Need k-member help

I'm helpin my buddy out and we need some help:
I have a 95 Z28 and I went to install and tubular K-Member with my new motor today on a lift and what not and the holes for the k-member in the front didn't fit at all. I had to grind them out for the K-Member to sit flush anyone ever have this issue? Also the washer that is ziptied to the rear that is left in that position correct? I also have tubular lower A-arms for it. The rear part of the arm the silver part I cannot fit the metal sleeves in it. The are way to big for the arms. Any possible way the put the wrong attachment on it? Anyone ever have issues with this.

Thanks a MILLION
Tyler

BMR, the newer style (I guess they came out w/ a new design lately, or that's what my friend said).

The K-member should have had locating tabs on each side that went in the frame and the ziptied washer goes where it was tied and between the K and the frame.

The high misalignment bushings for the A-arms should be put in the eye of the Rod end before trying to put into the K. If the bushings/spacers do not fit the rod end then you were sent the wrong size but dont see that happening since BMR uses mostly the same size bushing for everything, A-arms, LCAs, etc....

Now I did have problems with my K-member install but mine were mainly due to me trying to use solid mounts.
