if i install the LT1-LE1 Head/Cam package plus the other parts suggested by e portworks do i need to reprogram the computer? and where can i get this done in the Houston Tx area?

 

A stock car can greatly benifit from reprogramming so yeah you need to for a signifigant heads and cam change.
Not local but two favorites are madz28.com and pcmforless.com both reasonably priced and happy to help you either through email if you have some of the hardware needed or you can ship pcms back and forth with them.
