ABS light driving me cazy!!
ABS light driving me cazy!! A few days ago my ABS inop light came on in my 94 Z and at the same time the cruise stopped working. Are they connected somehow?? A friend today put his Snap On scanner and came up with a code 95 and when the brakes were depressed it would bring up a code 96 also??? Something to do with the brake circut open but the brake lighting system was completely checked and found nothing. He thinks maybe the ABS computer (under the IP) is bad but at $498 at Napa I have to be sure. We also checked the cruise harness where it enters the box and that checks out also. But what are the chances that the cruise and ABS quit working at the same time? That's why I wonder if they could be connected??? Please someone help 
Hmmmmm, I did check the battery and it was hovering around 12.6 volts. Third brake light was just recently changed when I added a 2000 spoiler with the led light. The abs light was on before that though but I don't remember if I had used the cruise then or not??
