For the headers get full length, you have a few options the cheepest is pacesetter and the most expensive is kooks, you also have hooker & jethot which are moderatly priced. Can't help you on the true duals, don't intend to be there
For the intake, I guess they're all the same, so get the one that you like it's looks, k&n, moroso & slp are few options.
For the programming, you can't go wrong with either pcmforless or madz28. And as for the o2 sensors, you'll have to run o2 sensors extensios.
You can run the stock converter with this setup, but you'll be missing out alot, it'll really make a cammed motor shine.

I agree with everything that sssalah has said but have a difference of opinion on the program. I'm not knocking madz28 or pcmforless but there in no substitute for taking your car to the dyno and getting it tuned. I got a friend thats going through this problem now on his mustang. He went H/C and got a sent his computer away to get flashed. His car did run alright but there was still more power that was unlocked after he making a couple of pulls on the dyno. Also his car kept having issues idiling, it would just keep shutting off. After the dyno tune, it would idle with no issues at all. Those kinds of tunes are good to get you running after the install but every car is different and no mail tune can satisfy every car. I would just rather spend my money on the dyno rather then on a mail in tune. That’s just my two cents though.

Go to PCMforless.com and check for sure but I believe it's around $200 bucks shipping and everything. For a converter there are a lot of good companies out there, Vig and Yank being very popular. I recommend FuddleRacing, there converters are as good if not better then others and they have awesome prices, and great customer service. A lot of people have been using them latley and have had no complaints other then poor shipping a couple of times. You can check them out at FuddleRacing.com... I'm not the best with trannys but if it's a daily driver which I figure it is if your going with a hotcam setup, than you probably want a 2800-3200 stall. I'm sure more knowledeable people will chime in on this one.

pcmforless.com and madz28.com if you want a main in program. If you are looking for a dyno tune, then you are going to have to find a shop in your area that has LT1 edit, HP Tuner or something like that. Usually you pay for an hour of dyno time which is about $100 on average and then a little more ontop of that for whoever does the tune.
