Poly lock problems

Poly lock problems Ok so this is the 3rd time that my rockers are coming out of adjustment. It seems to the that they are loosening after i damn near bust my ******* sack trying to get them any tighter on the the alan locks.
So for those that have had this problem tell my how you've solved it.

I had a rocker nut come loose the first time I lashed my 1.6rr's. Never really found the reason why it came loose but ever since then, the way Ive tightened my rocker nuts is to find "zero lash", tightened the polylock down, then added the 1/8th turn preload as well as turning the polylock the extra 1/8th of a turn. This tightens the polylock even more. I havent had any troubles since. Give that a shot if youre not already doing it that way. Good luck with it.
