Cheap HP? Allright here it is. Are those "chips" on ebay for like $25.00 a plot to get more of my money,but if they do work how do they work.Now I'm not one for gimmicks but I am broke and would like to have a couple of extra horses that is why I am asking.And no I don't have a "tornado" thank you very much lol. Anyway any help would be kind.Thanks.
Yep, the cheapest thing you can get would probably be a throttle body air-foil. You can get them almost anywhere for like 40 bucks or so but you aren't going to notice much. It's best to save your money for the bolt-on mods and go with the setup you want.
