Which exhaust & Which intake for a WS6?

Which exhaust & Which intake for a WS6? I have a '97 WS6 thats completly stock. Which exhaust would be the best to use, im more worried about the performance than the sound. Although I would like it to sound decent. Also, is there a Y-pipe I can use with the stock headers? Last question I have is should I keep the ram air? I havent been able to find many options other than a K&N filter for the ram air. Would I get more blocking off the ram air and using a cold air kit instead.

Keep the Ram air only the SS gains better with a cold air kit because stock it sits over the motor..as far as best performance catback, your not going to notice much gain from just a catback but i would say the slp Loudmouth is the choice
