Default close on a deal, looking for insight on the build

what I am buying (seriously it's an amazing deal)
30th anniversary z28 rolling chassis white on white (vert)
35k on the clock
12 bolt 3:73 rear
aluminum driveshaft
LCA's, SFC's, UCA's, PHR, TA
6 pt cage
NOS 150hp dry kit (needs solenoid)
410ci short block (jason short's motor maybe?...i forget the original builder, someone on here may know) it's fresh, filled, and forged
FLP stg 5 tranny (4l60e) with 3200 verter
2 recaro race buckets with 5 pt harnesses
stock 97ecm and wiring
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Planned additions to finish the car:
Dart 1 230 heads, converted to reverse flow and ported (hope to see 340+cfm)
custom solid roller cam w/ supporting valvetrain
super victor manifold converted to EFI
wilson elbow
accufab t/b
convo pros w/ M/T et streets and M/T front runners
motor plate
bmr k-member
HAL QA-1's
FAST DFI setup
proposed rw of 3300lbs
2" hedman weld up headers

I'm figuring dropping around 6K to finish the car. Am I way off or what are your guy's opinions? Also, does this look like a recipe for 550+rwhp or any guesses on what can be had here? This isn't just a pipe dream, my very close friend is unfortunately (or fortunately for my racing aspirations) is moving, thus I want to buy this and have the necessary funds. A few concerns of mine, will the 4l60e last even with the flp build? Projected compression (very dependent on cc of head) will be 12.5:1. Can it handle 150 shot of dope? Also, the car currently has a 255lph fuel pump, is that too small, and if so how big do I need? 42lb injectors for sure at a minimum to fuel this beast. Another set of questions, what do I need for NHRA certification up to 9.00. I know i need more pts on the cage, fuel cell, shutoff switch, battery box. Anything I'm missing. I really need your guys' help bc I won't purchase this unless I can feasibly afford to finish the thing. Man I am excited tho!

Quit copying me!!...............J/k
Yea those Dart heads are pretty sweet. Mine ended up flowing 331 cfm.
Along with the super vic and more cubes should be NICE.

SO are you saying with these mods you plan on spending 6k?

custom solid roller cam w/ supporting valvetrain
super victor manifold converted to EFI

There's no way that's 6k. I would aim for more like 10K at least. If that's what you meant. I would think the motor would handle more than a 150 shot.

Def make a good 550rwhp+ I would say.

damnit. yeah i was afraid of that. for some reason i just thought the heads, cam, motor plate, intake, and fuel system and fast system would be real close to 5-6k and everything else would come with time. idk...i'm a dreamer. and yes i am copying you. lol
