Is this pulley good?

Someone on here, (I'm not going to name his name) suggested I get this pulley. He says it's the best that he knows of. I tried to find some information on it, but nothing. Is this pulley a good purchase and does it just go right on? Would I just have to buy that and nothing else? Also, how much of a hp gain will I get and is it worth the money? Also, would there be any type of a difference track time wise?

I can either get this, or use the money to get some DR's. What do you guys think?

You haven't mentioned which pulley? Pulleys come in 2 types, the ones that are sandwitched between the hub and damper (March) or the ones that replaces the damper (ASP). The later is supposidly better. As for HP gains, somebody with a red WS6 (don't have the web page) measured and there was very little difference.
